Adaptability analysis and energy-saving improvement of heating application of air-source heat pump chilled and hot water units to Yangtze River basin

Aiming at the heating application of air-source heat pump chilled and hot water units to the Yangtze River basin, the adaptability is analysed from the aspects of climate characteristics, heating water temperature demand, load demand and so on. The energy-saving improvement scheme is put forward from the aspects of system design and frost identification and suppression control, and the improvement effect is verified by experiments. The results show that the outlet temperature range of 35 ℃ to 50 ℃ can effectively meet the heating requirements, and the energy efficiency is better. The modular frequency conversion single-stage compression system can better meet the practical needs and effectively improve the comprehensive coefficient of performance. The compressor loading and unloading scheduling control based on the optimal efficiency and the frost identification and suppression control based on the minimum heat exchange temperature difference can better meet the load demand, make the unit operation at the optimal efficiency point, and the coefficient of performance of heating conditions can be increased by up to 20%.
